DocFinity Electronic Document & Content Management, Workflow
OITUK is committed to providing a developing expertise in the field of electronic document management and plans controlled growth over the years. We currently have a large installed base of DocFinity EDM & Workflow systems in the UK and abroard. The technical team at OITUK comprises of skilled staff with specialist experience in the design, implementation, and support of EDM & Workflow solutions and complimentary services. We have over 12 years experience installing integrated electronic systems - bringing full document and content management to the desktop. These solutions cover document scanning, electronic report management (COLD/ERM) including All Points Addressable (APA) data, Full Text Retrival, Workflow, Hierarchical Storage Management, and XML-based Forms Management. We have installed systems in organizations across several industry sectors, including Banking, Finance, Insurance, Local and Central Government, Health, and Retail. We work closely, in partnership with our customers to provide integrated solutions that yield tangible and measurable benefits. As a result, we have developed several models within a number of business sectors to maximise automation in document capture and business process automation, using a combination of integration and recognition technologies. Partnerships with our customers have created a productive development environment through which implementation times and system acceptance testing have been significantly reduced. Post implementation support ensures that systems continue to deliver the benefits and regular review meetings ensure that our customers are kept abreast of changes in technology and capitalise on these changes as soon as required. We have an active Users' Group, with specialist groups setup in the Local Government and Health Sectors.
